The Court of Appeal of Volyn region completely finished its work due to lack of funds even for the most essential needs of its activities, including consideration of all categories of cases.

There is also no money to buy a paper, cartridges, pay telephone and electronic communication, which does not allow citizens to report the date, time and course of court cases or perform other tasks of the court.

In addition, till today hasn’t been resolved the question of financing costs of cases involving social benefit, which were transferred from Lviv appellate administrative court and cases from local courts, appeals according which were filed on March 10, 2010 without payment of funds for information technology software.

On May 18, 2010 the Court of Appeals received 2,769 cases related to social benefits. To ensure their consideration at least 221, 5 thousand uah should be paid.

In the pass situation, the chairman of the Volyn region Filiuk Peter informed the President of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine Ivan Balaklitskiy and asked to decide this issue at the state level.
