As for today there is a decision of Higher advice of justice about presentation on a discharge of 140 judges in connection with violation of oath, which is already accepted for the consideration of Supreme Soviet, also there are recommendations of qualifying commissions 48 judges on a discharge. This decision was commented by Edward Bagirov, the head of the International league of defence of rights for the citizens of Ukraine:

... "I saw some list of judges and noticed there the name to one the judges, concerning which our organization applied with prove guilty facts in violation by it oaths of judge in higher advice of justice, but we did not get even a formal answer. Today higher advice of justice recommends Supreme Soviet to strip her from judge status.

Possibly, the accumulated complaints of citizens of Ukraine, public organizations, lawyers on the illegal decisions of judges today worked is one variant. Second variant: participating of judges in businesses, related to the ballot in the organs of state authority, became today reason for privation of status of judge. It is possible, that in five-ten years, they will be recovered in position with arrival of new power".

We will remind that verifications proceed in regard to the decisions of a 341 judge, as a result of which order of the third can be completed taking away of presentation on a discharge in connection with violation of oath.
