The prime minister of Ukraine N. Azarov supported initiative of the State committee on questions of regulator policy and enterprise in relation to reduction of list of the licensed types of activity. N.Azarov charged the proper ministries and departments to formulate suggestions, due to what it is possible to shorten the list of the licensed types of activity.

In a committee mark that a government already charged ministries and departments to analyse developed bill which foresees diminishing on 40% amounts of types of the licensed activity and to develop own suggestions to it. "However for today none of them co-ordinated the project of law, that can testify to their unwillingness to facilitate the businessmen of conduct of business in Ukraine", - mark in a department.

"Because of ignoring of important for business bills by ministries and departments, Cabinet of Ministers was forced to ask to decide a question with licensing for the sake of assistance of entrepreneurial activity and decline of level of corruption as quick as possible ".
78 types of activity and 2250 types of works are licensed for today (only in building from 2008 almost 700 types of works are licensed - even gluing of wallpapers, painting of walls etc.). Delivery of licenses is carried out by 44 public authorities, Council of ministers of Crimea, 24 regional state administrations and city state administrations of cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.
