It is planned to deprive businessmen licenses to their activity in the case of exposure of "unofficial" workers.

The official hiring of people is planned to be an obligatory requirement for the receipt of license by employer. It was declared in an interview for edition "Contracts" by Michael Brodskiy. Even one fact of violation of labour legislation can become reason for privation of employer of license.

About 2,5 million workings Ukrainians today officially get a minimum-wage., Michael Brodskiy is sure that other sum is paid to citizens additionally in "envelopes", that allows an employer to minimize deduction in a budget.

Except the motive of employers to pass the official labour relations, the possibility of inputting of other system of extra charge of minimum-wage is examined : one level - for a budgetary sphere, other - twice larger - for businessmen.
