The order of set of intertown and international directions changes from October, 14, 2009.

To call by phone in other city, other country or on the number of mobile subscriber it is needed at first to press the number of «0». After «0» (from a stationary telephone) it is necessary to wait till a continuous signal and then carry out the set of other numbers (a code of necessary city, or code of network of operator of mobile communication without the first number of «0» in an existent code), farther without an interval - a telephone of subscriber number.

For the subscribers of Kiev area  the new code of area is entered «45» instead of «044».

For comfort of subscribers answering machines will work from October, 14. Also it is possible to know the information on the order of dialing up telephones on the numbers of telephones of certificate-informative services of  "Ukrtelekom" company .
